Individual Therapy
Meet with a Therapist in-person or online to work on managing any mental health symptoms, or life situations that may be impacting you day to day. Meet weekly or bi-weekly to work on bettering your mind and peace.
Insurance
At this time Innerpeace Therapy takes Kaiser Southern California, United Healthcare, and Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP). For clients interested in our cash paying rates, our rates start at $140 for initial session, and $120 for follow up sessions.
Family/Couple Therapy
Meet with a Therapist, with your spouse or with your family. Our therapists are trained to help improve family dynamics, communication, and more strategies to help improve the family or couple’s functioning and interactions.
